How Ironic is This?
I found an article in the Wall Street Journal that I found amusing. Visit my Realtor.com web site to search for homes on Cape Cod.
Colby Sambrotto, the founder of For Sale By Owner com was NOT able to sell his condo with all his FSBO tools after 6 months of trying. So what did he do?? He hired an agent to sell it for him at a 6% commission. The agent raised the price and was able to put it under contract in a few weeks.
Matt Brown, director of business development for ForSaleByOwner.com, said selling without a broker ?is definitely not for everybody.?
